The Dinner Club

Last night was Date Night for Ryan and I. We went to our favorite place in LaGrange, The Sushi House and ordered the usual Makimono Rolls: Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, Ebi Ten (Shrimp Tempura).

On our walk back to the car, we passed a new little place that we had never seen before. It immediately caught Ryan's eye, because in big letters in the window were the words "The Dinner Club"

We went inside to check it out, and found 6 or 7 ladies wearing matching aprons and bandanas cooking meals in a professional grade kitchen. Ryan was pumped! "What is this place?!?" He asked one of the ladies. She went on to tell us about how much time we would save by letting them do the shopping and chopping for us. All we have to do is pick 8-12 meals from their menu, schedule a 2 hour block of time to come in, and they will have everything ready for us to assemple these meals to freeze and use whenever we want!

Judging by Ryan's excitement over the matter or having home-cooked, healthy and delicious meals ready to go whenever we want them...it seems to me that we are definitely going to give this a try.

Ryan even tried to convince our neighbors, Michelle and Bryan to go halvsies with us on a big new freezer for all the goods. He is hilarous!
