What's the temperature of the water? When you say "water" and "Michigan" together I get all chilly and go looking for a blanket. But that's just because us SE Texans get out the blanket when the temps drop below 72 degrees.

I would say the water temp was between the "very cold" and "shockingly frigid" stages. Luckily after being in it for a few minutes you become numb to the cold at it's quite pleasant.
