Half-Way There!

I'm 20 weeks along and finally feeling really great again! Hooray!! It took about 17 weeks for me to get over the nauseousness...and I slept through most of Christmas Vacation...but other than that I've been feeling awesome!

Here I am...looking more preggo than ever.
The point...(thank you Angela)We have our ultrasound next Friday and we are not going to find out the sex of the baby...because we'll probably have a boy or a girl and we have the rest of our lives to know the sex. right? Who's with me?

On another note, onions and garlic are not my friend these days. I can smell them from 6 miles away...and if you've eaten either lately, I can smell your breath from here! Ahhhh!

I have to say, I HAD to know. It's a surprise if you find out at 18 weeks, and it's a surprise if you find out at 40! I wanted to be as prepared as possible. (and yes, I DO like surprises!) LISA V

ps- you look beautiful!! :)

You look beautiful! I thought of you this week as I was driving around GR for work, wondering what neighborhood you are moving into?

OH MY GOODNESS, YOU ARE SO CUTE! I LOVE IT.

i'm so glad that you've posted pictures, i don't think i will get to see you until you have had the baby. i'm so excited for you! and i'm so glad you're vertical again!

i love you! i miss you! i am going to try to call you tomorrow while i'm in town. i think it's sad that i now live a life that i use the line, "next time i'm in town." and yet it's true. i just don't have any bars until i'm down off the mountain. yup... ugh.

can you let your dad know that we have mountain lions and things up here that are large and scary and i think he should come hunt here - which i don't know if you're allowed to do for mountain lions - but it would make my walk home a little easier if there were a couple lions fewer up here!

We never wanted to know either. God has it under control. You look wonderful. Your parents are constantly beaming. Enjoy this very special time.

I'm was way too worried about paint colors and being prepared...so we found out. I thought it was cool and for some reason felt like I knew 'my little boy' better. I liked to be able to use his name when I talked to him. But I was hormonal, and majorly pregnant, and slightly lost all brain power towards the end there...

May I just say that you make a beautiful pregnant lady : )

it'll be fun for the next 4 or 5 months listening to people who think they know, tell you what you're going to have! the truth is nobody but God has that inside info (or maybe your own intuition...) but it does make for an unforgettable moment at the birth. it drove us crazy, but in a way it was worth the wait! the ultrasound is still fun, b/c the baby is so much more like a tiny person...

you look great, and i hope your pregnancy continues to go well! glad you're feeling well. take care!!
